I was approached by Wes Ebelhar from Method Studios, who had been collaborating with director and executive producer Jabbar Raisani to create visually striking title cards for each episode of Netflix's live-action adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender. Wes had already developed concepts in several different directions for the title cards. The final concept represented abstract movements of "bending" through three-dimensional brushstrokes.

My task was to design a procedural setup for creating these brushstrokes, which represented the elements of air, earth, fire, and water. Each title card featured unique movements tailored to the corresponding element: air was represented with swirling vortexes, while earth used more angular and rigid forms. The final result brought the bending elements to life in an abstract yet dynamic way, perfectly encapsulating the essence of the series.
